A Photo a Week Challenge: Opposite Weather

This week Nancy invites us to share a photo of “WEATHER THAT IS OPPOSITE OF WHAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING RIGHT NOW.”

Oh, it will be my pleasure to do so. Here in the Northeast of the United States it is winter. We have been fortunate that the temperatures have not been crazy cold, or at least not for days on end, and we have even had some pretty mild weather. It is still winter though. I live for summer, for the days at the beach, for the warmth of the early rising sun. I am happy to share some of my photos from summer and those warm weather days.

  3. You are definitely well stocked to spend a day at the beach. I usually just have a towel lol

    • hahahaha that’s a good one!! We have 2 umbrellas, 2 chairs, 4 towels, and 2 windscreens. Some one walked by us last summer and commented that it looked like we had our own compound. EXACTLY. The windscreens block off our area and we don;t have to see anyone sitting next to us. We take our beaching VERY seriously šŸ˜€ šŸ˜€

      • All you need is a watchtower to spot the birdlife to photograph. I can understand that. The people beside you are some people you don’t need to see in their swimmers šŸ˜€

  4. It was snowing a few minutes ago, but now it’s back to its usual gray. I think it was supposed to rain. The meteorologists don’t seem to really know what’s going on. I had to put flea and tick collars back on the dogs. It’s too warm for the fleas and ticks to die. Going to be a very buggy summer!
