I can never decide if I love sunrises more than sunsets. I think they are about equal. Sunrise on the beach is definitely my favorite place to witness the beginning of day. I love seeing the sky change colors as the sun rises. These photos were all taken different days. No filters were used.

I haven’t witnessed many sunrises so my favorite is sunsets. Each one is different, each one is so beautiful and to me, soothing and uplifting at the same time. The few sunrises I have seen have been very significant to me, for a number of reasons. I hope to see some more sunrises in the coming months. I just have to find a place to see those. I don’t get to see them from where i live.

My house blocks the sunrise- I can just see the sky turn a pink or red as the sun is coming up. That is why I love being at the beach where I can see it rise over the ocean. I hope you have the opportunity to see one soon!

I still have to stop and shift my consciousness (my biased perspective) to make these pictures sunrises instead of sunsets. That’s what growing up in Pacific Beach (San Diego) will do to your mind! 😊
